Our mission is to provide “interventions that make a difference” for you and your stakeholders. We are absolutely committed to our work enhancing your organisational outcomes and our methods keep us focused on this at all times.
We are not another training organisation. While we may use training as an intervention or part of, we do not exist to run training programs; we exist to deliver an intervention that improves your organisational outcomes.
Our Values
Integrity
Honesty and trustworthiness is fundamental to all aspects of OCS' dealings. Organisational Capability Solutions (OCS) will be open and honest in its dealing with its stakeholders and expects the same in return.
Quality
To ensure our interventions make a difference, all activities will be undertaken by skilled and capable practitioners. OCS applies the best practices to its activities and only undertakes assignments where we know we can meet or exceed our clients' needs.
Client
The needs of the client will be the focus of OCS' pursuits. OCS will contribute more value to its clients than its cost. All interventions will be designed and executed to deliver a positive outcome for the client. “Interventions that make a difference”.
People
